Overview of S-Beam Load Cell – AS Beam Load Cell (S) is aptly named, as they resemble a beam. Unlike other types of load cell which have a rectangular or square shape, S Beam load cell are in the shape of an “S.” There are other types of beam loads cells available in the market, and they are: single point beam cells (SPB), shear or single beam cells (SB), and double beam cells (DB).
